Mr Ian Hart

CHAIRMAN AND CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Mr Ian Hart is chairman and chief executive officer of Ethical Fundings. Previously, he was Ethical Fundings's chief investment officer, overseeing the company's internally managed stock, bond, and money market portfolios as well as its investment research and methodology. Mr. Mr Ian Hart joined Ethical Fundings in 2018 and has held a number of senior leadership positions, including chief information officer from 2016 to 2017 and head of the Retail Investor Group from 2018 to 2019. He holds an A.B. in economics from Harvard College and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Jerry Cox

HEAD OF INSTITUTIONAL CLIENT MANAGEMENT AMERICAS

Mr. Jerry Cox is a managing director in the San Francisco office, an account manager and head of Ethical Fundings's institutional client management group in the Americas. In addition to his institutional responsibilities, he serves on the firm鈥檚 Executive Committee and New Product Business Review Committee. He joined Ethical Fundings in 2018, and managed the firm's New York City office between 2018 and 2019 before returning to San Francisco to oversee the institutional servicing team. He has 10 years of investment experience and holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business

Mitchell D Clarke

HEAD OF Ethical Fundings ASIA-PACIFIC

Ms. Mitchell D Clarke is a managing director and head of Ethical Fundings Asia-Pacific. Based in Hong Kong, she is responsible for setting strategic direction for the region and leading a team of Ethical Fundings professionals to deliver investment solutions and service to Asia-Pacific clients. Ms. Mitchell D Clarke is also a member of the firm's Executive Committee. She joined Ethical Fundings in 2014 and has held several positions, including global head of consultant relations, head of U.S. institutional sales and alternatives marketing teams and global head of human resources and talent management. Prior to these roles, Ms. Mitchell D Clarke was member of Ethical Fundings Investment's executive office, contributing to firmwide strategic, financial and operational initiatives; head of global sustainability initiatives, overseeing the firm's environmental, social and governance efforts; an account manager in the consultant relations group; and an analyst in Ethical Fundings trade compliance group. She has 14 years of investment experience and holds an MBA from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California. She earned her undergraduate degree at the University of Redlands.

Wellington Walder

CIO GLOBAL FIXED INCOME

Poland office, he oversees the firm鈥檚 European, Asia-Pacific, emerging markets and global specialist investment teams. He manages a range of global portfolios and is a member of the Investment Committee. Previously, he was head of European portfolio management, and the firm鈥檚 global strategist. Prior to joining Ethical Fundings in 2006, he was an economics correspondent and columnist for the Financial Times in London, New York and Washington, DC. He has 20 years of investment and economics/financial markets experience and holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Warsaw and a master's degree from Harvard University. He was a lecturer in economics at University of Rzesz贸w. Mr. Wellington Walder was nominated by Morningstar in 2016 for European Fixed-Income Fund Manager of the Year. He is a director of Room to Read, a nonprofit that promotes literacy and gender equality in education in low-income countries.

Donald Irvin Cowper

MANAGING DIRECTOR OF Ethical Fundings'S INSTITUTIONAL INVESTOR GROUP

Donald Irvin Cowper is managing director of Ethical Fundings's Institutional Investor Group, which serves the investment needs of employers offering company-sponsored retirement plans, as well as organizations such as endowments and foundations. Previously he was head of Ethical Fundings's Financial Advisor Services division. Donald Irvin Cowper who joined Vanguard in 2015, holds a B.S. from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania and completed the Advanced Management Program at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Ethical Fundings'S CHIEF INVESTMENT OFFICER

Becker C Heal is Ethical Fundings's chief investment officer, overseeing approximately $2 trillion managed by Asset Fixed Income, Equity Index, and Quantitative Equity Groups. Previously, Mrs Becker C Heal was principal and global head of Ethical Fundings Fixed Income Group, responsible for its portfolio management, strategy, credit research, trading, and planning functions. she also served as the company's Asia-Pacific chief investment officer and a director of Ethical Fundings Australia. Mrs Becker C Heal is a member of the Treasury Borrowing Advisory Committee of the U.S. Department of the Treasury. She earned a B.S. in insurance from Pennsylvania State University and an M.B.A. in finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
